By using ClipDesk (the website, web app, desktop app and Chrome extension) you agree to these terms.
Software licence
The ClipDesk source code is open source under the GPL-3.0. Pro features are unlocked by a paid licence key that works with the official builds; the GPL governs the code, and these terms govern the service and the key.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is limited as described in the pricing section of our home page. Pro Lifetime and the Pro 30-day pass are one-time payments in Indian Rupees (INR) processed by Cashfree. The 30-day pass does not renew automatically. Prices may change for future purchases. A Pro key may be active on up to 3 devices.
Your content
Your recordings are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to record and publish what you capture, including other people's content, audio and camera footage.
Acceptable use
Do not share, resell or publish licence keys beyond your device limit, try to bypass licence or trial checks, or abuse our servers. We may revoke keys used this way.
Warranty and liability
ClipDesk is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost recordings or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Keep backups of important recordings.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
